Harry Eric Duke Scott is a Personal Training Specialist (PTS) certified by the Canadian Fitness Professionals Association (including CPR certification). He is also a certified Agatsu Kettlebell instructor and additionally has taken courses in physiology, kinesiology and cardiovascular assessment at George Brown College. To stay on top of his profession, he attends annual conferences and seminars for health and fitness professionals provided by Can-Fit Pro (Canada’s largest organization of fitness professionals).
Having played six seasons of competitive hockey in the GTHL (previously the MTHL) and participated in high school football, he developed a keen interest in physical fitness in his early teens and has over 15 years of weight training experience. To continue with this active lifestyle not only does he exercise at a gym, he plays hockey in a house league and regularly plays touch football with friends.
Harry is a friendly and outgoing person who is comfortable with people of all ages and stages. He has worked with a wide range of clients – 15 year old high school students, busy professionals mid-career, seniors, women and men – all desiring a fit and active lifestyle. His passion is fitness, focused on feeling good and getting results.
