The Agatsu Kettlebell

Kettlebell is a functional form of exercise and movement which aids in full body strength development
as well as flexibility. It is a training style that has been used for over 300 years and is very popular with
all types of athletes especially Olympians and mixed martial artists as it has a strong demand on
conditioning. When we train together we will work on movement patterns and skills to increase
strength, joint mobility, and improve overall body conditioning (weight loss!)
